Alter Egos of Jeff Hardy....
These are various characters straight from the Imagi-Nation of Jeff himself which he used in various independant federations, in particular OMEGA (Organization of Modern Extreme Grappling Arts). So before the Swanton Bomb, WWE and Team Xtreme here are the Faces of Jeff Hardy....

..:: Willow The Whisp ::..

Willow the Whisp is Jeff's most famous creation. He is a masked and mysterious super heel, who enters the ring dancing to the music of Marilyn Manson.
Taken from the Hardy Boyz book "Exist 2 Inspire", Jeff describes him:
"The name Willow the Whisp came from the Marvel Comics bad guy Will O'The Whisp, which in turn came from an English folktale about a guy who was murdered, and then his body was dumped into a swamp. His ghost became known as the will-o'-the-whisp. It was a mischievous spirit that would appear as a bright light which led travelers off the road into the marshes. A more scientific explanation would be that the light was just marchs gas, but thats the legend.
Willow was inspired by my love of Jushin "Thunder" Liger, the legendary Japanese wrestler. Liger's look and his style were such a huge influence on me. He looked like a real-life superhero. He combined great mat wrestling with awesome high flying - he really stood out in contrast with the WWE Heavyweights I grew up watching.
Willow the Whisp was supposed to be pure evil. He was known as the Demon from Down Under - I used to be introduced as being from Broken Hill, Australia. Even though he was a heel, he was just insanely over. It was such an amazing looking character, mostly thanks to Ted Hobgood, who made the masks. They were so intricate and whacked out!
It blows my mind how to this day, people come up to me and want to talk about Willow.

..:: Wolverine ::..
A babyface character who wore face paint not unlike classic early-90s WCW wrestler Sting.

..:: Jynx ::..
During the Hardyz run in ACW, Matt created a spin-off of Willow The Whisp so that he and Jeff could tag together. In Latin, will-o'-the-whisp is "ignis fatuus" meaning the "foolish fire". Matts names was Ignis Fatuus. Both characters made up the team Jynx. The name came from the fact that both characters names represented bad luck. Back in the day of them being WWE TV jobebrs they used the characters and somehow it was screwed up and on WWE TV they were named as Wildo and Ingis. This was there one and only time using the characters on WWE TV.

..:: Hardy Boyz (OMEGA)::..
The Hardy Boyz legacy began in OMEGA. The organization from the mind of Matt Hardy. The Hardyz captured the OMEGA Tag Team Titles on several occasions. They also wrestled in various other independant organizations until WWE signed them up to a contract. The were first officially named the Hardy Boyz on WWE TV in May of 1996. Their ring attire was mainly plaid tights in crazy colours made by Matt. They showcased a lot of spectacular moves in the indies which helped them get noticed by WWE scouts.

..:: Mean Jimmy Jack::..
One of Jeffs characters from the Teenage Wrestling Federation. The Hardyz used to videotape themselves cutting promos and wrestling in their backyard when they were teenagers
